CP-Tex: Short-sleeved T-Shirts for the Professional Protection against Cuts
Sadly, police, security and officers of the Department of Justice must be extremely careful, since an attack can occur at any moment. The use of stabbing weapons, like knives and broken glass is not unusual and presents an extreme danger. With CP-Tex – the CUT Protection Textile – a protective fabric was developed that can prevent cuts and stabs. As a short-sleeved shirt, the fabric can offer safety for the upper body even during summer.
CP-Tex – The Special Cut Protection Fabric for Dangerous Jobs
The CP-Tex fabric is made from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, fiberglass and polyamide – amongst other high-quality substances. Due to the combination of technic fibers CP-Tex shows a high security. The fabric is certified as performance level 5 under EN388 and therefore show the highest performance level. The advantages of the CP-Tex safety clothing do not end with the protective factor. The clothing also offers a high wearing comfort.
CP-Tex T-Shirts: High Wearing Comfort and Subtle Design
The short-sleeved t-shirts made from CP-Tex are seamless and therefore have no risk of chafing. Additionally, the fabric is equipped with a soft inner lining and very thin. Therefore, the cut protective t-shirts are comfortable like a second skin and can be easily worn under uniforms and other working clothes.
The wearing comfort is heightened by specially inserted areas, for example below the arms and at the back. Made from Spandex, Dryarn® und Coolmax® they are antibacterial, breathable and function as thermo-regulating elements. Even during strenuous and sweaty activities CP-Tex t-shirts offer a high wearing comfort and freedom of movement. Therefore, they are not only the ideal protection during summer and under short uniforms or working clothes – but are an additional and comfortable protection against cut wounds year-round.
