Equipped with a quick lock and made from nickel-plated steel the hand restraint No.11 shows a classical design. Two chain links connect the two shackles while rotatable joints offer comfortable locking and opening. Additionally this variation can be locked in 16 different positions and has an inner circumference of 150 to 200 millimeters. The weight of 310 grams allows to perceive the stability and high quality. With a length of 245 millimeters the handcuff restrain freedom of movement effectively yet is suitable for suspects with wide shoulders or large upper bodies.
