The Kubind Foldable Handcuff with Screw Key is equipped with a spigot and a lock and therefore has an interesting look. Additionally, the model is fully functional. Through the construction both cuffs are opened and closed simultaneously. Due to this feature the arrest is fast, simple and reliable.
