ESS GLASSES PROFILE TURBOFANSERIES

The ESS Profile TurboFan™ are the preferred duty glasses of the US Special Forces - and they are now even better than before. The improved fog-elimination-system has two velocities is operated through a button on the stable PowerPod™ battery pack. A single AA-battery suffices for up to 150 hours of continuous operation.#

The ESS Profile TurboFan™ is a variation of the tested and tried ESS Profile NVG™ with an additional face padding. The contents of delivery include two 2.8 mm polycarbonate-high-impact-lenses (clear and smoke gray), a non-reflective SpeedSleeve™ as well as a soft case.

•    Through a ventilator (up to 13.000 r/min) the patented TurboFan™ eliminates fog by continuous suctioning fresh filtrated air from the lower side of the duty glasses and moist air being sucked out at the upper side.

•    Due to two adjustable ventilation velocity settings the user can decide between maximal moist air removal or minimal noise production.

•    A robust PowerPod™ battery pack with a single button is responsible for the operation of the ventilation system and can be continuously operated for up to 150 hours with a single AA-battery (in Low Speed Mode)

•    The improved and weather resistant PowerPod™ is positioned on the strap at near the back of the head

•    The „Auto-Off“ timer turnst he ventilation system off when it was forgotten accidentally. Hereby the durability of the battery is additionally heightened.

•    Clear and smoke gray, 2.8 mm polycarbonate-high-impact-lenses

•    The lenses have an extended ClearZone FC™ anti-fog and anti-scratch coating

•    The lenses are highly resistant and meet the demands of the ballistic standard test MIL-V-43551C US-military-caliber .22.

•    All lenses offer 100% UVA / UVB protection and precise, distortion free, clear sight

•    Optionally, laser-protection-lenses (LPLs) are available for the most common laser wave lengths

•    Optionally, dual-thermic lenses are available for operations during cold weather

•    35 mm wide, elastic strap system with quick-adjust-sliders

•    The ESS Outtrigger™ Strap-system in combination with a helmet offer best comfort and contour precise adjustment to the face

•    The SpeedSleeve™ protects the glasses against scratching when they are not in use and eliminate the glistening of the lenses

•    Low-Profile-Design compatible with night vision goggles

•    Wide-Frame-Design offers an extraordinarily wide field of sight
