The neck collar KB-899 made by Kubind shows a timeless and at the same time modern understatement. Designed as a simple circle hinge and lock do not disturb the optics. The are integrated inconspicuously in order to uphold the elegant design of the simple and delicate model.

Hinge and Lock as Functional Elements

The simple folding hinge opens and closes fluently. It is integrated nearly invisible into the neck collar of Kubind and contributes to the seemingly seamless design. The same aspects were considered regardign the lock. The locking mechanism is based on an Allen screw which can be fastened and loosened be screwing it in or out with the according wrench.

Made completely from stainless steel the neck collar is massive and durable. Despite the slender width of eight millimeters the high quality is palpable by simply touching and lifting the decorative restraint due to the surprising weight.
